Apologies for the terrible title for this post, but three days ago (March 2nd) the Oregon Water Resources Department gave a presentation to the Deschutes Board of County Commissioners on the current water outlook. In short, it’s not good. All of our local rivers are going to have very low flows this summer. It was a good presentation which I recommend you watch here.
